Hey Rino,
Just wanted to say thanks for the great work you did at our recently purchased income property on Bradley Ave in London
There was much to accomplish there with between the service upgrade to a 200 amp panel, the disconnection from the street and new mast, managing the new circuits, gfcis, afis, interconnecting all the smokies, as well as setting up the 2 laundry services, plus all those pot lights.
The place turned out awesome!
What was most impressive was your care and concern to ensuring safety, making sure permits were pulled, inspections were arranged and taking pride in your work by not taking shortcuts, which we see all too often when working with Buyers and Sellers.
